Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service flow.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
∎ Oversee table management, reservations, and seating arrangements for optimal efficiency.
∎ Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall readiness of the restaurant at all times.
∎ Assist the Restaurant Manager with inventory checks and procurement processes.
∎ Ensure team members adhere to service standards and follow SOPs.
∎ Monitor dining areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
∎ Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
∎ Support staff training initiatives to uphold exceptional service quality.
∎ Assist with inventory management, stock levels, and supplies.Monitor reservations, table arrangements, and workflow to ensure efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
∎ Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the restaurant’s opening and ongoing events.
∎ Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and exclusive experiences.
∎ Monitor and respond to guest reviews on online platforms (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor).
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding materials.
