Responsibilities & Context:

Shuponno is a nature-inspired lifestyle brand focused on natural farming, safe food marketing, and healthy restaurant experiences. The Restaurant/Showroom In-charge will play a key role in managing the operational and commercial aspects of Shuponno’s retail and restaurant outlet. This position demands both business acumen and a passion for sustainable, health-focused food culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and showroom, ensuring smooth service and sales.

  • Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and customer interactions.

  • Oversee sourcing, display, and sales of safe and naturally farmed products.

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all food and retail sections.

  • Lead marketing activities and promotional campaigns in coordination with the brand team.

  • Monitor inventory, cash flow, and monthly financial reports.

  • Provide training and motivation to team members for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, farmers, and internal departments to ensure product consistency and timely supply.
