Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
∎ Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
∎ Maintain reservation records and manage table bookings
∎ Provide information about the menu and services
∎ Maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance at the front desk
∎ Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
∎ Assist in basic administrative tasks as required
