Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with restaurant standards.
∎ Monitor staff performance to maintain quality service and smooth workflows.
∎ Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive dining experience.
∎ Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain to avoid shortages.
∎ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
∎ Greet and interact with guests, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Monitor table turnover and reservation systems to optimize seating arrangements.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
