• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
• Training on Porjoton Corporation or any other food related training centre will get advantage

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering.

Team Leadership: 

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage. Motivate and lead team for high performance.

Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent guest experience. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues promptly. Monitor service standards and provide coaching where needed.

Sales & Profitability:

• Meet sales targets and manage budgets. Control food and labor costs. Implement promotional strategies to increase revenue.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Maintain reports on daily sales, labor, and inventory. Conduct audits and inspections regularly.
