Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service for the Guest.
∎ Enriching menus with taste & quality and continuously growing up with restaurant revenues to make it profitable.
∎ Lead F&B team by supervising.
∎ Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Regular Report on restaurant sales and other feedback to Management.
∎ Ability to Maintain Proper Stock/ sales related information Both manually and On Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialization in Culinary arts or Food and Beverage Production with a Course certification is preferable.
∎ Good at MS Offices (Ms. word, excel & power point)
∎ Experience in using ERP or Other Inventory or Sales Software .
∎ At least 3-7 year experience in the similar position with a large Restaurant of a Renowned Hotel/ Resort.
∎ By Attitude: Service Mindset, Smiley, Flexible & Team Player, Collaborative, Can do Attitude & Can live up with limited Resource support.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
