Customer experience & service standards
Supplier/vendor negotiations
Franchise & multi-unit management
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
Taking reservations and advising customers
Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers and different stakeholders
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Promoting and marketing the business.
