∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
∎ Producing staff roaster
∎ Handling customer enquiries and complaints
∎ Greeting and advising customers
∎ Assessing and improving profitability
∎ Restaurant all work manage
∎ Cash management
∎ Attendance management restaurant all staff
∎ Kitchen staff & service staff management
∎ Customer handle management
∎ Restaurant all work management availability
∎ Restaurant software manage availability

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
