Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance in an industrial setup.

• Experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and automation technologies.

• Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and root cause analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Understanding of production technologies.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Proficiency in maintenance application software.

• Expertise in Process Management & Project Management.Proficiency in MS Office Programs.

Job Purpose:

Ensure uninterrupted production by developing and implementing maintenance plans to guarantee continuous energy supply (electricity, air, and water) from the entry point to end-user applications (production lines, facility, etc.). Maintain production efficiency by minimizing breakdowns and ensuring smooth operation of all machinery and equipment.

Job Description:

• Organize and execute breakdown maintenance, periodic maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations.

• Support and enhance autonomous maintenance initiatives.

• Manage and monitor the SCADA software system to ensure efficient plant operations.

• Ensure the continuous operation of electrical and electronic equipment across all production lines and facilities.

• Conduct planned and predictive maintenance to enhance the longevity and reliability of machinery, electrical, and electronic equipment.

• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and respond to operational demands.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption across auxiliary enterprises and the entire plant.

• Organize and manage revision-period maintenance, including need assessment, prioritization, resource allocation (labor, materials), and execution.

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations, standards, and Beko OHS procedures, while coordinating with relevant units for sustainable implementation.

• Adhere to and sustain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Beko procedures within areas of responsibility, ensuring coordination with relevant teams.

• Align all maintenance activities with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Creation and Calculation standard to ensure environmental sustainability and compliance with chemical system regulations.

• Maintain strict adherence to national and international legal regulations related to environmental and chemical management in coordination with Beko’s policies.
