Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales, Reservation & Ticketing
∎ Handle day to day passengers (walk in and over phone)
∎ Track and monitor company targets
∎ Develop client relationships
∎ Exercise tele sales & handle customer complaints

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 42 years
∎ Familiar with Galileo & Amadeus reservation platform
∎ Understand fare rules
∎ Familiarity with re-Issue & re-validation
∎ Ability to manage clients for instant services
∎ Able to work under pressure
