Job Context:
∎ Wings fly Tours and Travels is a IATA accredited Travel agency. Which manages all travel related services. People having experience in air ticket booking and reservation for all countries will be recruited for this post.
∎ Job Location: A7, A8, Main Road, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge about reissue, refund, reschedule, fare calculation. And sub ID creation.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Galileo ,Sabre and Amadeus.
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ Supporting office administration.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Promoting and marketing the business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
∎ Proven working Experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Department
∎ Excellent knowledge on Galileo ,Sabre and Amadeus.

∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group
∎ booking).
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Good Communication skills (both oral and written).

∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive to extra working hour.
