Responsibilities & Context:
1. Receive & Attend calls for customers in the official phone.
2. Reply to messages of queries from social media pages on time.
3. Reply professionally to customers from calls, messages or in person.
4. Increase Sales from online.
5. Provide proper customer service.
6. Maintain customer relation for increased recurring sales.
7. Maintain full professionalism of Office.
8. Collaborate with other departments of Hotel.
9. In person sale, promotion & plan for sales growth.
