Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an energetic, target oriented and well qualified travel enthusiast to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the ticketing and visa processing.
∎ To succeed in this role, you must be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with airlines, clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to the clients. You will assume different roles at times, as a project coordinator, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and accordingly find the best travel .arrangements for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic & International).
∎ Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre, Galileo & Othres), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously.
∎ Upselling by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as Hajj package, Umrah package, tours & travels package, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails/text and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Having experience on group ticket arrangement is advantageous.
∎ Experience of handing IATA is a must.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command of English Language (Verbal and Written) is required.
∎ Working with MS office, MS Excel is also essential
