Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus)
∎ Dealing with Customers queries and complaints about Ticketing
∎ Quick respond to Clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point)
∎ Profound knowledge of attending to incoming and outgoing calls
∎ Deep knowledge of maintaining cordial relations with all clients
∎ Proper understanding of giving special treatment to VIP
∎ Communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
