Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has experienced on field data collection
∎ Is able to do data collection from remote places on 4-6 placements.
∎ Understand the project objectives and guidelines from Supervisor;
∎ Attend training conducted by Research Manager/Project Manager to learn the project scope, supervision, questionnaire development, survey methodology, timelines, target groups and areas etc.
∎ Visit all the project area and collect data with data collectors as per the plan provided by the Research Manager;
∎ Perform data standardization and data cleaning activities
∎ Analyze past results and perform variance analysis
∎ Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
∎ Assist senior staffs to conduct and facilitate the weekly meeting of Data Collectors; Work with other staff members of the project as and when required.
∎ Support the Research Manager for executing project related day-to-day tasks;
∎ Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams
∎ Share experience and learning within the team and maintain a harmonious working environment within the team in order to improve the productivity of the team.
