Qualifications: Bachelor/master’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or Finance); Strong report writing skills, including the ability to conduct field surveys and Key Informant Interviews (KII). Candidates with a research background along with other relevant educational qualifications will also be considered. Proven experience in research or data analysis with an understanding of various research methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis software and familiarity with data visualization tools are advantageous. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an accessible way. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, a knack for detailed data analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex information. This role will involve supporting the development and execution of research projects, analyzing data, and communicating findings to internal teams and clients.

• Responsibilities:
• Design and execute primary and secondary research methodologies to gather data and insights on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key findings, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support project management efforts by coordinating research timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare clear and compelling reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate research findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research findings with business objectives and project goals.
