• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, International Business, Development Studies, Statistics, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Additional professional qualifications advantage in investment promotion, data analytics, market research, or digital marketing.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in investment promotion, business research, or related fields in financial institutions.
• Prior experience working with national and international chambers of commerce, development partners, or reputable Organizations.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Information Officer to join our Investment Promotion Team under the Invest Bangla initiative. The candidate will play an important role in facilitating foreign and domestic investment by delivering accurate business information, sector-specific insights, industrial infrastructure, business regulations, and one-stop services to the investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for investors seeking sectoral, regulatory, and market-related information.
• Prepare high-quality investment teasers, sector profiles, opportunity snapshots, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and regularly update investment opportunity databases, pipelines, and knowledge management systems.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and prepare investor-ready reports and presentations.
• Liaise with government agencies (BIDA, BEZA, BEPZA, Hi-Tech Park, PPP Authority, etc.), economic zones, and private sector stakeholders for data verification and investor support.
• Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, seminars, webinars, and B2B matchmaking events.
• Contribute to digital content creation and online investment promotion campaigns.
• Provide aftercare services to existing investors and facilitate resolution of operational challenges.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor in alignment with investment promotion objectives.
