Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the potential customers.
∎ Develop new relationships with customers in view to grow business.
∎ Plan strategically to extend business gradually.
∎ Conducting desktop research and using questionnaires, surveys, interviews etc to gather data.
∎ Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends of different areas.
∎ Recording findings by taking written notes and using appropriate software.
∎ Maintaining and protecting electronic databases.
∎ Assist management with budget and time schedules.
∎ Anticipating research issues and promptly resolving them.
∎ Promptly reporting any problems to General Manager (Marketing & Sales), Head Office as well as Executive Director as and when required.
∎ Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times.
∎ Writing proposals and delivering presentations when required.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Any practical experience in drafting research proposal.
∎ Excellent communications skill.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office.
∎ Ability to work as team member.
