Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ BSS and MSS in anthropology, sociology or in any branches of social sciences.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, KoBo SPSS, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, SPSS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop study implementation plans and allocation of roles and responsibilities, piloting of study tools, management and monitoring of field work.
∎ Work with PD to design and review the methodology of different study/research theme.
∎ Eloquence in writing editorial, study essay, research paper on given topics, social media expression, drafting documents and release etc.
∎ Plans, implements, and maintains data collection and analysis systems in support of research protocol; may coordinate the collection and analysis of research data.
∎ Conduct literature reviews, developing research tools, data collection and Qualitative, Quantitative data analysis.
∎ Provide training and support to the enumerators for field and remote research activities.
∎ Visiting the field to monitor data collection and provide active support in the process.
∎ Arrange field and field meetings with professional experience and communicate with direct stakeholders.
∎ Organize and participate in training workshop and help improving research toolkit Collect survey data
∎ Conduct IDI & KII and Translate IDI, KII, FGD Prepare/ draw maps, matrix and some other qualitative techniques as required by the project staff
∎ Any other tasks that may be assigned by the PD

∎ Business : The purpose of the proposed project is to assist the government of Bangladesh to make informed decisions on increasing resilience and risks management associated with climate change and effects on water–energy– food resources. The study will assist planners in Bangladesh in selecting natural resources management strategies that demonstrate robust performance under a range of potential climate change impact scenarios. The project will suggest ways of improving coherence and synergies between policies those are used to take environmental considerations into account generally, and particularly, in the context of water–energy–food nexus in Bangladesh. Thus, the project results will contribute to make informed adaptation decisions to reduce the effects of climate change across water–energy–food security nexus leading to achieving some goals of SDGs.
