Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ BSS/ MSS in anthropology, sociology or in any branches of social sciences.
∎ Specific experience will get priority.
∎ Skills Required: Internet browsing & online work ability., MSexcel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Collection, FGD, Field Data Collection, Good Organizing Skill, KII
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must visit and stay in the study fields for long times as per project needs.
∎ He/ she will arrange field and field meetings with professional experience and communicate with direct stakeholders.
∎ Assist other colleagues to facilitate different meetings, trainings and orientations at field level.
∎ Keep regular communication with Upazilla administration, local government representatives, and key stakeholders etc.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files for all data, sources of verification, and supporting documents as required by project and donors.
∎ Visiting the field to monitor data collection and provide active support in the process.
∎ Coordinate and complete field operations in line with the project guideline.
∎ Organize and participate in training workshop.
∎ Play an active role in field-based data collection, including focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and household surveys.
∎ Maintain regular communication with respective stakeholders aligned with their work plan and guidance.
∎ Arrange field and field meetings with professional experience and communicate with direct stakeholders.
∎ Organize IDI, KII, FGD at union, and Upazila etc.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ MS word English and Bangla (Bijoy)

∎ Business : The purpose of the proposed project is to assist the government of Bangladesh to make informed decisions on increasing resilience and risks management associated with climate change and effects on water–energy– food resources. The study will assist planners in Bangladesh in selecting natural resources management strategies that demonstrate robust performance under a range of potential climate change impact scenarios. The project will suggest ways of improving coherence and synergies between policies those are used to take environmental considerations into account generally, and particularly, in the context of water–energy–food nexus in Bangladesh. Thus, the project results will contribute to make informed adaptation decisions to reduce the effects of climate change across water–energy–food security nexus leading to achieving some goals of SDGs.
