Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in English or Economics/Sociology/Development Studies/Public Administration/International Relations/Mass Communications etc.
∎ Degree should be obtained from public university. However, applicant completed education from BRAC University, North South University, East West University, ASTU will be eligible to apply.
∎ Candidates with a 3rd Division or a CGPA of less than 2.5 on a scale of 4, or 3 on a scale of 5 at any stage of their education need not apply.

Job Context:
∎ Samahar Consultant`s Ltd is a leading institute that conducts large-scale research with funding from the Government of Bangladesh, the World Bank, ADB, JICA, and various development partners. Samahar Consultant`s Ltd. is inviting applications from eligible Bangladeshi talented youth for the position of Research Associate to be recruited on core position under Research and Quality Assurance Division. Person who is not proficient in speaking and writing English are being discouraged to apply. Female applicant will get preference.
∎ Job Location: The position is Dhaka-based. However, the Research Associate must have no unwillingness to undertake frequent research-related field visits as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to developing/writing research concepts, methodologies;
∎ Write reports and/or contribute to report writing in Bangla and English, prepare and make presentations of research findings;
∎ Contribute to writing project proposal;
∎ Attended various meetings/workshops/seminars/symposiums to represent Samahar Consultant's Ltd. and paper/key note presentation;
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Samahar Consultant's Ltd.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)
∎ Skills Required: Project proposal writing, Report Writing in Bangla and English
∎ Experience required at least 02 year but the condition of experience may be relaxed in the case of applicants, who are proficient in speaking and writing English.
