Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Statistics / Economics /Social Sciences/ International relations/ Development studies or any other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the Research and MEL Team for developing survey design & questionnaire; designing computer-based data processing worksheet; survey data analysis and reporting with power point presentation;
∎ Conduct desk research for preparing monthly/quarterly report; Assist in the day to day management of M&E data and MEL activities;
∎ Coordinate with program teams for collecting M&E data on monthly/quarterly basis;
∎ Conduct field visits as assigned and conduct monitoring visits to relevant activities in the field;
∎ Facilitate trainings and develop relationships with potential target groups;
∎ Maintain coordination with local Stakeholders and Government officials;
∎ Assist in the preparation of annual work plan;
∎ Provide other similar or related services and work cooperatively with other team members and with USAID;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably a minimum of 2 / 3-years'experience working as a research assistant and/or supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of complex, donor-funded programs.
∎ Skilled in research, developing questionnaires and implementing survey analysis and data collection.
∎ Advanced experience in working with Excel/PowerPoint and SPSS;
∎ Strong writing skills in English and ability to communicate complex information concisely;
∎ Goal-and deadline driven, willing to learn, grow and share what has been learned;
∎ Highly organized, able to work independently and in a team;
