Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing research protocols, procedures, and objectives as per project guideline
∎ Serious Game development for working with climate migrants.
∎ Living lab development with climate migrants.
∎ Coordinate and manage overall project activities and coordination with stakeholders.
∎ Coordinating research activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
∎ Planning and implementing data collection and analysis systems, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting research data
∎ Creating reports and presentations of research findings, and writing and editing reports and manuscripts
∎ Providing training to project staff and volunteers
∎ Maintaining proper documentation and record keeping of research activities
∎ Team work in writing research papers, research reports
∎ Managing and maintaining research databases and files
∎ Research capacity building of the staff
∎ Organize and participate meeting, workshops on behalf of project.
∎ Idea generation for PRA tools development for community based research and advocacy
∎ Assessment of Non-Economic Loss and damage of the climate migrants through Participatory research and field studies
∎ Assess baseline study focusing non-economic loss and damage issues among urban and peri-urban climate induced people
∎ KOBO Based survey tools design for carry out baseline and routine monitoring for change evaluation
