Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end domestic and international remittance processing and compliance.
• Engage with remittance partners and regulatory bodies to ensure timely transaction flows.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer service in remittance-related functions.
• Identify new corridor opportunities and support product development initiatives.
• Analyze volumes and market dynamics to contribute to strategic decision-making.
