• Able to timely manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency at both spoken and written English and Bangla.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical ability and organizational skills

• Responsible for new customer acquisition and generate positive sales lead.

• Ensure delivery of budgeted sales of assets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Maintain operational accuracy and minimize risk factors of business.

• Continuously monitoring and enhancing portfolio throw sales of financial product of the bank.

• Visit to current and prospective client premises and developers regularly to enhance number.

• Maintain and develops relationships with developers to provide preferred lender services for affordable units and buyers.

• Submitting daily sales call report to the supervisor.

• Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer service in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

• To ensure the submitted customer application and documentation are complete and error free.

• Coordinate with various departments within the bank to ensure completion of tasks. Minimize loans discrepancies/errors in loan proposals. Work closely with RFC and different channels.

• Schedule sales activity.
