∎ We are looking for an external, enterprising, vocal & impressive Executive -UP sales for a corporate lead generation campaign & Telesales by utilizing outbound telephone calls to achieve the lead generation & sales targets.
∎ Products: Photo Editing Marketing Services, Social Media Marketing Services, Graphics Designing Services etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call the customer or seller and talk with them in positive tone and manner.
∎ Identify the causes for discontinuation and write their feedback properly.
∎ Understanding customer's need clearly & completely and provides information on our product
∎ feature, benefit, and application in details.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order.
∎ Provide information to questions about a image, product, pricing, and details.
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel,
∎ Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Must have upload products, facebook boosting, online marketing, Graphics Design, video edit,
∎ knowledge
∎ Provide Service to Sellers.
∎ Maintaining existing Sellers.
∎ Generate new Seller leads.
∎ Fixing up meeting schedule with Sellers.
∎ Mentally prepare for visit Sellers areas.
∎ Maintaining cohesive relation with Sellers.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Analyze data to identify business trends and customer behavior.
∎ Expert in lead generation.
∎ To concept publishing social media content.
∎ Developing email marketing, including good knowledge of content writing.
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts.
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Pinterest, YouTube marketing, etc.
∎ Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
