Job Context:
∎ Employees will be under the Third-Party payroll
∎ Contract Duration: 1 year, (after completion of 1-year best performer employee will select as permanent)
∎ This position is for Male (fresher and experienced) candidates only
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit individuals and corporate customers to promote and sell banking products.
∎ Achieve Individual targets of sales & collection as set by management.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers & other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure excellent Customer Service.
∎ Strategic planning for hunting new business.
∎ Preparing short and long-term sales forecasts for the marketing plan.
∎ Able to analyze competitors according to Identifying new market opportunities.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify prospective customers from target market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
