∎ Age at most 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop promotional plan and achieve sales target based on territories.
∎ Manage credit recovery and arrange return of goods to Seed Processing Centers within timeline.
∎ Ensure sales growth of each territory under his/her supervision.
∎ Assist Territory Sales Officer in setting dealer and sub-dealer. Analyze dealer-wise sales trend or growth and add or cancel dealership accordingly.
∎ Assist Territory Sales Officers in solving dispute with dealers over product complaint, sales or due balance and other business issues.
∎ Ensure territory-wise promotional materials are provided to Territory Sales Officers.
∎ Lead and manage sales team of the region effectively and professionally.
∎ Monitor market following passbook records and ensure Territory Sales Officers visit farmers according to the monthly plan. Analyze the sales visit and growth in a territory.
∎ Maintain liaison with Government Organizations, NGOs, Dealers, Farmers Association and other stakeholders. Report to supervisor regarding sales, products, customers and legal issues beyond jurisdiction.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
