Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Ensure effective action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
∎ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Ensure and confirm the development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all FFs to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of FFs sales and activity performance.
∎ Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.
∎ Monitor the sales team of the respective Regions
∎ Analyze the market potentiality and propose CME, Symposium, and Seminar etc.
∎ Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
∎ Set up sales targets for individual to company guidelines.
∎ Monitor Area Manager's activities and make them as functional.
∎ Create, Develop and implement strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivate & retain the sales team of the respective Zone.
∎ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
∎ Keep up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence.
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
