Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish all QA related activities based on WHO - cGMP guidelines to achieve quality product
∎ Ensure product quality will remain up to shelf-life and Issue release certificate accordingly
∎ Prepare and follow the SOP of cleaning for equipment's, premises and operation of other activities
∎ To preserve batch history i.e. record of all used materials in the batch, record of manufacturing process, record of packaging process, record of quality control and record of release of final pack to market
∎ To perform In-process quality control of Tablets, Liquid, Capsule, Dry syrup & Ointment/Cream
∎ To declare the fate of rejected returned finished product and deactivation system of it including all dust/ disposal materials and record it
∎ To perform validation of method for production & QC, i.e manufacturing process, test procedure, cleaning procedure etc.
∎ To report of present status of TPL in respect of GMP & ISO
∎ To record the complaints/ problem of factory activities and eliminate it by finding root cause & implementation of corrective & preventive action
∎ To review the all working data of production & qc department
∎ To take the responsibility of Equipment/Machine under him i.e. Dissolution test apparatus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to anticipate problems an provide constructive solutions.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
