Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Regional sales target through Prescription generation.
∎ Ensure implementation of marketing & sales strategies provided by head office.
∎ Cross check the activities and lead the Team members in order to ensure optimum utilization of Company resources.
∎ Keep updated information of sales & marketing strategy & convey it to each & every team members within the region & review the action plan / strategies in response to changing market environment.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly sales report, feedback & market reports to the concerned person / Department in time.
∎ Keep good relation with BMA, BCDS, Civil Surgeon and Distribution.
∎ Ensure effective time management & result oriented focusing the Team members
∎ Penetrate 100% of territory to know the market situation, prepare delighted customer base by Team members.
∎ Monitor Area Manager's activities regularly.
