∎ At least 03 years of work experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Candidate must be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office.
∎ At least 03 years of work experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Sales Goals and Build Market Presence: Take full responsibility for meeting sales targets, analyzing performance data, resolving challenges, and implementing innovative promotional strategies and partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Lead and Motivate the Sales Force: Manage and inspire a team of TSOs, ASOs, and ASMs by setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring high performance through proactive leadership and strategic direction.
∎ Drive Field Operations and Innovation: Collaborate closely with Territory and Zonal Sales teams to stimulate demand, engage with educators, and uncover new business opportunities through active field involvement.
∎ Develop and Coach Sales Talent: Provide hands-on training in sales strategies, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques to strengthen team capabilities and enhance overall effectiveness.
∎ Conduct Strategic Training Programs: Organize impactful workshops and training sessions that focus on market trends, curriculum changes, and the use of advanced sales tools to maintain a competitive edge.
