Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage

• Master’s degree in any discipline from any reputed Public or Private University.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage

• Age 35 to 42 years

• Spicy & Agro products experience will get preference. (Minimum of 2 year`s experience in the RSM)

• Supervision experience with sales automation system will be given preference

• Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

• Knowledge on MS. Office suite

We are looking for some strategic and performance-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead regional sales operations and drive business growth across its Spice & Agro product portfolio including spices, puffed rice (muri), flattened rice (chira), mango bar, mustard oil and other agro-based consumer food items.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall sales operations of the assigned region

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets

• Manage and guide ASM and TSM teams

• Drive distribution expansion and strengthen market presence

• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts

• Provide regular performance and market reports to management
