∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 1. Proven expertise in region-wise onboarding of experienced and professional distributors with a successful track record in the cosmetics and toiletries sector. Skilled in the formulation, adaptation, and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies;
∎ 2. Strong capabilities in market research, data analysis, and identification of growth opportunities;
∎ 3. Demonstrated ability to thrive in competitive and dynamic market environments;
∎ 4. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Successfully achieving monthly set sales target overcoming all obstacles;
∎ Successfully onboarding new professional & experienced distributors in vacant areas;
∎ ⁠Lead, supervise, and manage all sales and marketing activities within assigned areas;
∎ Coordinate with and monitor the performance of sales officers and distributors to ensure smooth operations;
∎ Ensure achievement of regional and overall sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution;
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support decision-making and strategic adjustments;
∎ Monitor competitor activities and formulate responsive strategies to maintain market advantage;
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure mutual growth and long-term partnerships;
∎ Prepare, maintain, and present regular and accurate sales reports and performance updates;
∎ Remain responsive to directives from senior management and implement instructions promptly and effectively.
