∎ JS Enterprise_ A sole distributor of Mamy Poko Diapers, Sofy Sanitary Napkin, VIP Hair color Shampoo & Imported Chocolates.
∎ Job Location-Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet & Comilla
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Geographic Opportunity to extend potential Brand & Category reach in the market.
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets and growth by successful managing the sales team members.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company customers base and ensure its strong presents.
∎ Overall Management of Distributor, Dealers/Commission Agents to achieve sales target.
∎ Effective planning & Execution of trade promotion & consumer promotion.
∎ Coordination with Accounts, Supply chain Departments for smooth sales & marketing activity
∎ Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Implement Distributor Management Best Practices in co-ordination with Sales Training Team
∎ Analyze the data for identifying gap or developing area for growth of sales and revenue.
∎ Sales force effectiveness and efficiency evaluation in co-ordination with Sales Team.
∎ Conduct outlet classification & ensure visit frequency/norms
∎ Develop & Implement sales tools (I.e., product catalogue, sales manual (selling approach & techniques, merchandising & market hygiene guidelines)
∎ Ensure smooth running of Distributor.
∎ Recommend to split or expand distributor area
∎ Develop and implement the channel strategy in terms of delivering channel vision, objectives and supporting strategies in line with Business Planning
∎ Explore the new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience : FMCG Sales Marketing
∎ Preferable from Diapers Category.
∎ Preferable Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ At least 05 years of relevant experiences in any Diaper & Sanitary Napkin company.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali
∎ Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
∎ Planning Sales & Market Coverage MamyPoko Pants & Sanitary Napkin Sofy.
