Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplishes Regional HR objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
∎ Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan & assigning sales target to the respective teams
∎ Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating.
∎ Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
∎ Implementing strategic Plans, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in proven sector
∎ Experience in Pharmaceuticals/FMCG will get preference.
