Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible direct Sales person who build our customer base. As a Trainee you will educate potential customers on our products, hand out information and samples, attend promotional events, and be a vital brand ambassador. You must be self driven and have a love for interacting with all types of people.(Specially Female)
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh ( candidates will be posted nearby their residence)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribute promotional materials in a friendly, approachable manner
∎ Exhibit in-depth knowledge of company and the product being promoted
∎ Help create a buzz and excitement around all promotions
∎ Distribute Leaflet flyers, hang posters, send emails etc. to promote our product
∎ Generate enthusiasm for products and develop a rapport with potential customers
∎ Meet with clients to deliver and restock materials
∎ Build brand awareness and be a committed brand ambassador
∎ Report on outcome of promotional projects. Should have sound knowledge regarding online activities and promotion ( Face book page maintain, conducting face book live etc)
∎ Should have customer database and maintain it.
∎ Interaction with customers to understand their needs and satisfaction.
∎ Deal with different type of complaints and resolve with creativity.
∎ Achieve sales target and participates in sales time to time.
∎ Capable of handling different stalls in fair, Fashion show, photo-shoot and organize product display and people to handle it successfully.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion
∎ The applicants should have experience on Negotiable Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
