Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in any discipline. (Preferable in Marketing/Pharmacy).

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Manage Sales, chemist or party Management & Development is responsible for long term network vision through market studies, party appointments and sells.
∎ Strengthening network via performance improvement oversight and management change.
∎ Assure new and existing chemist or party meet existing requirements for management, capital, facilities & image program is implemented as intended; and verifies that company policies are followed.
∎ Assist DSM to formulate Policies & implement Strategies to attain National Sales & Development goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage territory wise sales forces and lead to the goals of national market.
∎ Provide sales forecast and monitor implementation process and report achievements.
∎ Achieve monthly, weekly, quarterly targets of sales & collection to ensure growth.
∎ Review and recommend markets, prospect and site selection for expanding party operations.
∎ Operate Sales Field Operations, the activities related to party improvement and/or replacement of poor performing party or chemist for executive oversight.
∎ Provide budgets and coordinate activities with market intelligence and external source.
∎ Coordinate a weekly meeting to review sales activities, provide weekly reports and other reports as required by management.
∎ Other duties as assigned or required.
∎ Maintenance of record of activities in official diary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
∎ 5 - 7 years of prior experience in pharmaceutical or herbal company.
∎ Extensive travel is required.
∎ Expertise in Presentation, MS Word/Excel is required.
∎ Leadership quality, Positive attitude, Result oriented, extrovert and computer literate.
