Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for regional target Versus achievement with effective coverage plan.
∎ Guide the sales team with executable planning to ensure daily, weekly and monthly target.
∎ Ensure follow up, monitoring and feedback to reach the ultimate goal of the company.
∎ Analyze competitor's activities & information and share for the sustainable strategy.
∎ Lead, develop and train the team to make the high-performance team.
∎ Ensure that the organization resources accurate deployment to reach at desired goals.
∎ Implement Market Communication related initiatives to enhance brand awareness in the market.
∎ Be updated on competition, activities and management as well as regularly provide feedback on them.
∎ Be proactive on identifying new opportunity areas and work out market storming plan to continuously increasing the sales.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the physicians/customers to long-term business tie up as well as for further business growth.
∎ Monitor & ensure implementation of company policy.
∎ Monitor all the activities of the region to ensure continuous regional development.
∎ Analyze sales & prescription and take corrective measure where it declines.
∎ Maintenance of record of activities in official diary.
∎ Develop RSM and Medical Promotion Officers to improve their skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Business Development, Sales & Marketing in Pharmaceuticals or Herbal organization.
∎ Experience in spices marketing will get preference.
∎ Minimum 08-year(s) experience preferably in herbal manufacturer company including minimum 3 years as RSM/ DSM.
∎ Leadership quality, Positive attitude, Result oriented, extrovert and computer literate.
