Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, this requirement can be waived off if the applicant has prior work experience in a pharmaceutical company or herbal company.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and product wise target.
∎ Exchange share latest scientific and clinical information of related products to medical professionals.
∎ Generate prescription our brands and strengthen our relationship with chemists, pharmacists, institutions, clinics etc.
∎ Ensure distribution and availability of the products in co-ordination with the distribution channel.
∎ Should be aware about the market changes and he shall provide the market/working feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Building image of company in the respective working areas and territories.
∎ Daily report to HA (Higher Authority).
∎ Zero-out any and all outstanding before collecting any benefits;
∎ Attend monthly closing meeting regularly & submit all supporting documents as to day to day activities.
∎ Keeping ledger based data of all transaction with customer detail information making sure to provide balanced report if/when asked by head-office.
∎ Maintenance of record of activities in official diary.
∎ Availability at any time during urgent and prescheduled scenarios.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Having 2-3 years' experience in the similar position in reputed Pharmaceuticals/Unani/Herbal company.
∎ Basic knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Has strong willingness to build career in sales.
∎ Has sound health and willing to travel extensively.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Willingness to work anywhere in country.
