Job Context:
∎ We are performing our business in Natural Medicine Sector with Herbal and Unani products. We are looking for committed and performance driven candidate who will work as Marketing Manager of Herbal Products in our company.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate marketing plan.
∎ Preparing Yearly Sales Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target.
∎ Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions and Collections as per company policy.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities in regular basis.
∎ To expand the business by creating new customer & maintain relationship with the potential physicians, chemists etc.
∎ To motivate and supervise the Medical Promotion Officers in his territory.
∎ Setting the target and manage dealers to achieve sales target.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
∎ To increase the unit/item wise product sales.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ Taking motivation step and rewards for the Medical Promotion Officers/Field Managers for achieving of the targeted vision through annual performance evaluation.
∎ Door to door communication with all Doctors' & Chemist.
∎ Maintain good relation with doctors & chemist.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Maintenance of record of activities in official diary.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Working experience in the Natural Medicine/Herbal Medicine division will get priority.
∎ Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate in related fields/job
∎ Having professional degree will be highly welcomed.
∎ Skills Required: Sales Management & Marketing
∎ At least 02-04 year(s) experience in sales & marketing as 'Head of Marketing'.
∎ Primary Knowledge on Computer Literacy (Microsoft office software packages)
∎ Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable, Depends on the Educational qualifications and Experiences.
