Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing sales target on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Assign prospectively business partners (distributor) and monitor their activities.
∎ Guiding the sales team to fulfil the given monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Preparing and assigning root plans for subordinate field forces.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating the activities of subordinate field forces.
∎ Take necessary measures to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy to increase existing sales volume.
∎ Take measures to create potential market and new sales opportunities.
∎ Maximize distribution coverage by identifying new area and outlets.
∎ Ensuring numeric and highest weighted distribution and display merchandising of all SKU.
∎ Maximize SKU-wise weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales achievement.
∎ Maintaining market based outlet list and sales report.
∎ Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit.
∎ Minimizing and maintaining distributors outstanding and aging report.
∎ Monitor the activities and promotional offers of the competitors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to serve under pressure
∎ Preferably experienced in Beverage / Dairy / Ice Cream Company
