Job Context: RM Automobiles is looking for experienced and driven to lead and manage regional sales operations. We are well regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing & trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team within the assigned region.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of dues and maintain proper sales recovery.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team for skill development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
