∎ Accomplish marketing and sales activities by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, market demand and supply.
∎ Recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition etc.
∎ Merchandising, conducting trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.
∎ Identify market opportunities analyzing consumer requirements, market size, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, establish targeted market share.
∎ Improve product marketability and profitability by capturing market opportunities.
∎ Improve product packaging coordinating product development team.
∎ Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Achieve organization's goal fulfilling the sales target.
∎ At least 5-6 years' experience in any Agro Food or any Beverage Company
