Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed University/ National University
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for honest, bright and dynamic individual for its Consumer Goods Food division for the above position. Specially this Products.
∎ Depot & Dealer Collection & Management
∎ New Depot, Dealer & SR Setup.
∎ Product availability and visibility target achievement.
∎ Visit different Market/ Area (Agree to 60 % market visit per month)
∎ Establishing distribution network in given area.
∎ Bring with soft copy of sales budget & marketing plan, Sales Coverage plan, Distributor Setup Plan, Sales People Incentive Plan for presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 to 08 years' experience as RSM in a reputed company.
∎ Sound Knowledge on consumer goods specially related to food product range.
∎ Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla
∎ Experience in similar field will be given preference
∎ Only those candidates apply who have experience in Depot, Dealer & Retailer management
Salary: Negotiable
