Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Masters/ Graduate in Agriculture or BBA/MBA in any reputed institute with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced and competent candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations
∎ Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by rapport building and counseling district sales representatives
∎ Maintain Liaison with government, NGO, dealers' and farmers' association and others stakeholders
∎ Ensure market share & market coverage
∎ Observe competitors activities and take necessary strategies accordingly
∎ Identify market gap and take necessary actions
∎ Verify the event of crops/variety problem, incentive adjustment, others against dealer's proposal
∎ Take initiative to develop staffs efficiency
∎ Perform other responsibilities when required
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Must have the excellent analytical ability
∎ Must have good communication skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Similar experience will be given preference
