Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute sales strategy and lead the team to meet sales budget and monitor sales performance, product promotion and market development
∎ Develop marketing plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget
∎ Appoint new distributors/ Dealers and maintain existing distributors/ Dealers and ensure to collect orders from retail stores as Pharmacy, Clinics, Hospitals, Dealer and Institutions and different Corporates
∎ Supervise all sales activities including that of subordinate sales through the proper administrations of sales plans
∎ Facilitate the process of product delivery & ensure money deposit against the orders through Accounts department
∎ Develop and maintain business relationship with key customers and channel members to perform as per business target
∎ Prepare and submit different performance and administrative report to the management
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
