Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to build team completely.
∎ Responsible for profit and loss of allocated area.
∎ Support the training and development of the sales team.
∎ Drive the sales team to generate sales.
∎ Track and report all sales activities with total visibility.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have at least 2 years working experience as RSM in a reputed plastic uPVC door company.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 26000 (Monthly)
