Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
∎ Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the senior management team.
∎ Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
∎ Set clear performance objectives and regularly evaluate team achievements.
∎ Motivate and empower the team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
∎ Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for Wanlin Technology's product range.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the region.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
∎ Oversee inventory levels, distribution channels, and regional supply chain logistics.
