Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. Marketing background candidates will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget as well as determine sales revenue in regional level
∎ Ensure proper merchandising and availability of products in all outlets of the assigned region
∎ Assign the target to ASM, BSM/SS, SR and Distributor; Closely monitor day-to-day activities of ASM, BM, DI, SR and Distributor
∎ Verify the business feasibility of new dealer, market and activate the old dealer; solve the dealer dispute in line considering organizational policy and provide market data of competitor’s products, strategies, manpower and other changes to management
∎ Oversee product and supply ordering and delivery in accordance with regional needs and monitor the sales center’s operation meticulously
∎ Identify the market gaps and take action for improvement immediately
∎ Maintain proper documentation and ensure all types of report as required by management
∎ To be responsible for developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
∎ Plan and execute training among the team members; provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Experienced in FMCG, Beverage or dairy sector
∎ Knowledge on direct sales, market trend and visual merchandising
∎ Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
∎ Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation
